FAQs
Plans, visits, payments, cancellation, upgrades, pauses, and how to request changes.
There are two membership tiers: Aesthetic Upper and Aesthetic Full Face. Aesthetic Upper covers the forehead, frown lines, and crow’s feet. Aesthetic Full Face covers all clinically appropriate treatment areas (excluding masseter and neck neuromodulator). Both are physician-led at our Hagerstown clinic. Plans do not guarantee a specific cosmetic result—individual responses vary.
Both plans include neuromodulator visits every 4 months—about 3 visits per 12-month term when you stay on schedule. Missed or rescheduled visits must be coordinated with the clinic; unused visits do not automatically roll over as cash credit unless stated in your enrollment agreement. Treatments are only provided when clinically appropriate after assessment.
Aesthetic Upper members receive a maximum of 65 units per visit. Aesthetic Full Face members are treated per what is clinically appropriate for their full-face areas (excludes masseters and neck). Units are not a retail “use it or lose it” bank—dosing follows clinical judgment for safety and natural-looking results. Additional units beyond plan rules, if offered, may be billed separately at published or member rates.
No. You can book neuromodulators à la carte after an aesthetics consult. Membership is for patients who want scheduled care every 4 months, predictable pricing, and 10% off products, treatments, and services.
You can pay monthly or annually (in full). Monthly rates are $189/month for Aesthetic Upper and $289/month for Aesthetic Full Face; each monthly plan requires a deposit equal to one month’s dues. Annual rates are $2,268 for Aesthetic Upper and $3,468 for Aesthetic Full Face — and the deposit is waived when paying in full. Taxes, if any, and accepted payment methods are confirmed at enrollment.
A deposit equal to one month’s dues is required only for monthly plans ($189 for Aesthetic Upper / $289 for Aesthetic Full Face). It stays on file, rolls over at annual renewal, and may be applied toward a full-priced service or retail product only after you complete the 12-month term with proper written non-renewal notice. The deposit is forfeited if the membership is cancelled early or due to non-payment, and it has no cash value. The deposit is waived when you pay the full annual amount upfront.
No. All membership payments are non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in your enrollment agreement. Early cancellation may also trigger the $500 early termination fee described below.
We will attempt to process your payment three (3) times. If all attempts fail, the membership may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. While an account is past due, membership visits and member discounts may be paused. Reactivation may require bringing the account current and, in some cases, a new Start Date or agreement. Please update your payment method promptly to avoid interruption.
Card updates should be made by phone at 301.798.6025, or through the Kairos patient portal (Practice Better) when available. We do not accept card updates via text message. You may email contact@kairosrejuvenation.com to request a call-back for billing help, but keep a valid card on file for monthly membership billing and automatic renewal.
An annual (12-month) commitment is required. The term begins on your Start Date and renews automatically each year. Your Start Date is confirmed at enrollment.
To cancel or prevent auto-renewal, submit written notice at least 30 days before your renewal date. Verbal, text, or social media messages are not accepted as valid notice. Submit written notice to contact@kairosrejuvenation.com (or as otherwise specified in your enrollment agreement). Cancelling before you complete the 12-month term also triggers the early termination fee below, and the deposit is forfeited.
Yes. If you cancel prior to completing your 12-month term, a $500 early termination fee applies. Early termination does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund of dues already paid, and the membership deposit is forfeited, except where required by law or as expressly stated in your enrollment agreement.
Yes, but re-enrollment requires a new 12-month agreement. Any outstanding balance (including early termination fees) must be paid in full before re-enrolling. Current published rates and clinical eligibility apply; a new Start Date and, where applicable, a new deposit may be required.
Members receive 10% off additional products, treatments, and services throughout the active membership term. Members save an average of $2,230 a year on skincare, lasers, and wellness treatments. Member pricing does not guarantee availability of every service on every date. Neuromodulator membership visits remain in-clinic in Hagerstown.
Yes, when clinically appropriate. Men’s and women’s hormone memberships and Weight Loss Membership ($99/mo plus compounded G3 by vial when appropriate) are listed on the main memberships page. Medical Preferred/Annual members may receive additional aesthetics menu perks as published on /membership—those are separate from Kairos aesthetics membership’s 10% menu savings.
No. Neuromodulator treatments require in-person visits at our Hagerstown clinic. Telehealth does not replace in-clinic injectables. Eligible medical services may use telehealth in certain states as described on the telehealth pages.
Upgrades (for example, Aesthetic Upper to Aesthetic Full Face) are permitted at any time when your account is active and has no outstanding balance. A $100 difference is due if upgrading mid-billing cycle, and any applicable deposit difference will be collected. Upgrading begins a new 12-month term. Written request to contact@kairosrejuvenation.com is required.
Downgrades (for example, Aesthetic Full Face to Aesthetic Upper) are only permitted after completing three (3) consecutive months of billing and when your account is current. Downgrades do not create a refund of amounts already paid. Submit any request in writing to contact@kairosrejuvenation.com. Early cancellation remains subject to the $500 early termination fee when applicable.
A medical accommodation pause of up to 9 consecutive months is available with a doctor’s note. Eligibility is evaluated after each completed 3-month billing cycle. Your account must be active and in good standing. The pause extends your membership term, and billing resumes automatically after the accommodation period ends unless you cancel under plan terms. Pauses are not available solely for convenience, travel, or change of preference.
Accounts may be suspended for non-payment, policy violations, or safety concerns. While suspended, visits and member discounts may be paused. Reactivation requirements are set by the clinic and may include curing any balance, a new agreement, or clinical re-evaluation.
All changes — including cancellation, non-renewal, upgrades, downgrades, and pause requests — must be submitted in writing to contact@kairosrejuvenation.com (or as specified in your enrollment agreement). Please include your full name, date of birth (or patient ID), membership plan, and the change requested. You may also call 301.798.6025 for guidance, but written notice is required for formal changes.
Neuromodulator treatments involve clinical risks and benefits discussed at consult. Membership is not a warranty of outcome, duration of effect, or a fixed unit bank. Kairos may decline or delay treatment when not clinically appropriate. These website FAQs summarize common terms for education; your signed enrollment agreement, consent forms, and applicable law control if there is any conflict. Prices and policies may change for future renewal terms with notice as required.
