12-month membership
Enrollment requires clinical evaluation. Membership fees cover protocol management and interpretation — not a guarantee of any specific medication, pellet, topical, or lab panel. All labs we review include functional medicine interpretation with patient- and lab-specific recommendations. Pharmacy-filled products (including patches, progesterone capsules, and topicals) are paid to the pharmacy; insurance cost-share and cash pharmacy prices are the patient’s responsibility. FAQs
Consults, meds vs membership fees, telehealth, and commitments — expand a question.
Yes. Memberships that include hormones, GLP-1 therapy, pellets, or other medical treatments require clinical evaluation. We’ll confirm the right pathway after reviewing your goals, history, and labs when needed.
It depends on the pathway. Kairos aesthetics includes scheduled neuromodulator visits plus menu savings. Men’s hormone memberships include testosterone when prescribed, physician management, and lab interpretation — Standard plans have the patient pay for lab draws; All-inclusive cash plans include quarterly hormone panels, the annual full/initial panel, and follow-up labs with no extra lab fees. Women’s hormone memberships cover protocol management, physician oversight, and lab interpretation — not pharmacy product cost. Estradiol patches and progesterone capsules: you pay the pharmacy what insurance does not cover. Custom topicals: pay the pharmacy directly. Pellets, injectable testosterone, and most lab draws are also separate. Prescriptions are never guaranteed.
Kairos Aesthetic Upper is $189/month ($2,268/year if paid in full upfront). Kairos Aesthetic Full Face is $289/month ($3,468/year if paid in full upfront). Monthly plans require a one-month deposit that stays on file (forfeited if you cancel early or for non-payment; may apply to a full-priced service or retail after completing the 12-month term with written non-renewal notice). Annual prepaid waives the deposit. 12-month commitment from Start Date with automatic renewal — submit written non-renewal at least 30 days before renewal. Early cancel before completing the term: $500 fee. Upgrades (Upper → Full Face) allowed when current ($100 mid-cycle difference; new 12-month term). Downgrades only after three consecutive months of billing when the account is current.
Men keep Flex, Preferred, and Annual commitment options. Standard (patient pays lab draws): Flex $179/mo, Preferred (6-month) $155/mo, Annual $129/mo. All-inclusive cash (labs included): Flex $239/mo, Preferred $209/mo, Annual $179/mo. All labs we review include functional medicine lab interpretation with patient- and lab-specific recommendations, plus Fullscript member discounts on recommended supplements. Preferred medical members get 10% off aesthetics; Annual get 15%. LDN for members is $25 every 3 months (check-in + script submission); non-members $75 every 3 months. Optional add-ons: HCG $285/mo, Enclomiphene $85/mo, Anastrozole $35 (10-day cycle), and 15% off peptide protocols. New patient medical onboarding is $199.
Flex $149/mo (month-to-month), Preferred $129/mo (6-month), Annual $109/mo (12-month). Membership includes personalized protocol management, physician oversight and dose adjustments when appropriate, messaging support, and prescription pathway coordination. All labs we review include functional medicine lab interpretation with patient- and lab-specific recommendations. Medications are separate: estradiol patches and progesterone capsules are filled at the pharmacy — you pay the pharmacy whatever your insurance does not cover. Custom topical hormones are compounded and paid directly to the pharmacy (e.g. Norland). Injectable testosterone is about $150/vial when prescribed; pellet insertion about $400; cash panels $99–$179; saliva $149; DUTCH $349–$399. New patient medical onboarding is $199. Prescriptions are never guaranteed.
Preferred medical memberships (6-month) receive 10% off à la carte aesthetics and medical-grade skincare. Annual medical memberships receive 15% off. Flex (month-to-month) does not include an aesthetics menu discount. Discounts do not stack with other promotions unless confirmed at your visit. Kairos Aesthetic Upper/Full Face members already receive 10% off the menu under those plans.
Non-members: $75 consult/script fee à la carte every 3 months for LDN evaluation and script when clinically appropriate. Hormone members: $25 every 3 months for LDN check-in and call-in/submission of scripts when appropriate. LDN medication is billed separately through the pharmacy. Prescriptions are never guaranteed.
Yes. You can stack Weight Loss Membership ($99/mo for monthly check-ins with measurements) with Kairos aesthetics or men’s / women’s hormone memberships when clinically appropriate. Eligible patients in Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, California, and Florida may complete appropriate consults and follow-ups via Kairos TeleHealth. Procedures such as injectables, devices, and IVs remain in-clinic.
Kairos aesthetics requires a 12-month commitment that renews automatically. Written non-renewal notice is due at least 30 days before renewal (email the clinic). Canceling before completing the term incurs a $500 early termination fee and forfeits the deposit. Men’s Flex and Women’s Flex are month-to-month. Preferred and Annual hormone tiers have 6- or 12-month terms. Final terms are confirmed at enrollment.
