Testosterone is prescribed only when clinically appropriate after evaluation. Membership covers management and lab interpretation; product and some lab costs depend on your Standard vs All-inclusive track and protocol. Joining does not guarantee a prescription.

Standard: lower membership dues; you pay lab draws (often via insurance when available). All-inclusive cash: higher membership; clinic covers described quarterly and annual panels so lab costs are more predictable. We’ll help you pick at consult.

We are a physician-led clinic in Hagerstown with labs-first evaluation, monitoring, and follow-up — not a one-click mail-order kit. Eligibility, dosing decisions, and safety monitoring happen under medical supervision. Outcomes vary; nothing is guaranteed.

Eligible men in Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, California, and Florida may complete appropriate visits by telehealth. Some evaluations and procedures remain in-clinic in Hagerstown.

Cadence depends on your plan and clinical status — typically baseline labs before therapy and periodic rechecks while on a protocol. Your clinician sets the schedule; we do not publish a one-size protocol online.
